We have created Standard Operation Procedures (SOPs) for every phase of the collision repair process to ensure each vehicle is uniform and properly repaired. Each of our qualified technicians and any newly hired technicians are required to be trained on the SOPs and to pass a certification test annually. This allows us to hold our technicians accountable for each repair and to ensure consistency.

In addition, standardized procedures ensure that we are able to reduce our costs by reducing the amount of re-work that occurs. Our motto is "Do it right the first time." This leads to profitability. Many of our competitors complain about insurance company payments without first being diligent in controlling their costs.

Auto Craft Body & Paint is a certified member of the Audi Factory Authorized Collision Repair Program, which means it has completed the required training and acquired the equipment needed to support Audi of North America, their clients and the Virginia’ Audi dealers with their collision repair needs.

Our technicians undergo training in the proper use of the factory-approved repair equipment, tools, and technologies to meet Volkswagen’s exact safety standards and specifications. Repair facilities use Volkswagen-approved tools.

Volkswagen will allow dealers to either nominate their own collision repair facility to be certified by Volkswagen or to nominate an independent collision repair facility that meets Volkswagen standards.
